LA City Officials unveiled plans to rebuild the waterfront in San Pedro. A world-class marine research center named AltaSea will be built on an unused pier. Officials are hoping to bring San Pedro back to its glory days. Ted Chen reports from San Pedro for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on June 17, 2013.
